four years later I go back to that tiny atelier

I never thought that all those treasures that I collected on each trip someday would be part of the curated and passionate world of Azul Bereber. I found the first pieces in a small workshop of a cabinet maker escaping the heat of summer wandering the medina alleys. There I found a tiny atelier that produced wonderful objects. It was the year 2013. Four years later, after many miles traveled, many glasses of mint tea and my heart full of hope I go back to that tiny workshop. our first bohemian wedding

Inspired by Morocco’s bohemian vibes and the Mediterranean’s effortless beauty, Carmen and Fran featured on their wedding day an array of exotic textures and natural accents. Pilar Martínez, the wedding planner, and the couple spent several months looking for inspiration and I think that they found the perfect heady mix of exotic bohemian style and beautiful Moroccan chic! The couple incorporated our berber rugs and floor cushions made of vintage moroccan textiles to reflect their love for bohemian inspired details. I am blown away with the gorgeousness of Carlos Martin photographic documentation of the wedding day. Thanks for capturing the magic! If you’re looking to plan your boho wedding with an intoxicating twist, I think the moroccan chic vibe could be...

Moroccan pompom blankets have always catched my eyes. While I was enjoying of the touch of a beautiful blanket  hanged on a door a man with a gente smile appeared behind that door. When I met this man I didn’t undernstand how those moroccan blankets were made but he lovingly took me into his atelier to show me how he created them. The atelier was located in one of the most ancient buildings...

creating a home

Creating a home and building a beautifully curated space is a process we all experience at some point in our lives. When I rented my first apartment I was looking for unique interior pieces, I tried to move away from mass produced items but sadly the quality decor pieces I carved were out of my budget or I found it difficult to find stores that catered to my style.   Like most of us, I went to big stores and bought all the basics, a bed, a sofa, a dinning table. When I put everything together, I realized that my home looked like any storefront. It lacked personality. Although I liked what I had chosen, this furniture said nothing about...
